Tower Bersama Group is a group of companies providing telecommunication infrastructure services to Indonesian wireless carriers, the Group develops and operates telecommunication supporting infrastructure including tower and in-building systems and currently provides over 4000 BTS points of infrastructure across Indonesia. Project Controller (Code: PC)
Responsibilities:

• Controlling the project
• Coordinating with Project Manager, Procurement Team, Marketing Team, Engineering & Innovation, Operator, Finance Team and Partners / Vendors to ensure all the progress
• Compile weekly and monthly reports from the Project Manager and Project Management Department Head is used to report the progress of work.
• Perform cost analysis, time and resources.

Requirements:

• Male / Female,
• Age not more than 35 Years Old
• Candidate should be holding at least Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring Civil Engineering
• Having at least 2-3 years experience as Project Controller in Telecommunication Business
• Good understanding in CME & Sitac Process
• Computer Literate (Ms Office & Ms Project)
• Having good Interpersonal & communication skill, high motivation, could work under pressure, able to work as a team or independent
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
